8. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations: You may cancel services at any time before the start of the work, but a cancellation fee may apply if you cancel after confirming a contract or making a deposit. Cancellation fees will be outlined in the contract.
- Refunds: If you are not satisfied with the completed services, please contact us within 7 days of the service being completed. We will work with you to resolve the issue, but refunds may only be issued in exceptional circumstances.
9. Liability
- Our Liability: Gaia’s Home & Garden will carry out all services with due care, skill, and diligence. However, we do not accept liability for any damage caused by external factors (e.g., adverse weather conditions, damage caused by third parties, or pre-existing conditions of the property).

- We adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations while delivering services. It is your responsibility to inform us of any hazards or risks present on the site.
- If our workers feel that the environment is unsafe, we may suspend the service until the situation is addressed.
11. Materials and Equipment
- Ownership of Materials: All materials provided for the job (e.g., plants, tools, and construction materials) will remain the property of Gaia’s Home & Garden until full payment is made for the relevant services.
- Third-Party Materials: If you provide materials for the job, Gaia’s Home & Garden is not responsible for any defects in those materials.
12. Permits and Permissions
The Customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, permissions, or approvals from local authorities (e.g., planning permission for landscaping or structural work) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Gaia’s Home & Garden can assist with permit applications for an additional fee.
13. Privacy and Data Protection

14. Force Majeure
